2.1 Age Restriction. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the okeslot platform. This age restriction is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
2.2 KYC Verification. All okeslot accounts are subject to mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification. You must provide accurate and complete identification documentation — including a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification — within the timeframe specified by okeslot. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification are restricted from withdrawal functionality. okeslot may request additional documentation at any time to satisfy ongoing KYC and anti-money laundering obligations.
2.3 One Account Policy. Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one (1) okeslot account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. okeslot employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be immediately closed and all balances, including pending withdrawals and bonus funds, will be forfeited.
2.4 Accurate Information. You represent that all information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and identification details — is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account suspension.
2.5 Geographic Restriction. The okeslot platform is operated for use by individuals physically located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. okeslot makes no representation that use of the platform is legal in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
2.6 Politically Exposed Persons. Individuals who are, or are immediate family members or close associates of, politically exposed persons ("PEPs") as defined under Philippine anti-money laundering laws must declare this status to okeslot upon registration and are subject to enhanced due diligence procedures.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okeslot login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 okeslot will never request your password via any channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. Any communication purporting to be from okeslot that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to okeslot support immediately.
3.3 You are fully liable for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you, unless you have promptly notified okeslot of unauthorized access and the loss or theft of your credentials. 3.4 okeslot employs 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmission and maintains industry-standard security protocols. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. okeslot does not guarantee absolute security and excludes liability for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. okeslot accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the platform, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Available methods may change at okeslot's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Own Funds Only. You represent that all funds deposited into your okeslot account are lawfully owned by you and are not derived from any illegal activity, including money laundering. Deposits made using funds not belonging to you or from payment instruments not in your name are strictly prohibited.
4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to accounts that have (a) completed KYC verification, (b) satisfied any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and (c) not triggered any fraud or security flags on the account. Withdrawals may only be directed to payment methods registered in the account holder's own verified name.
4.4 Processing Times. okeslot targets same-day processing for GCash and Maya withdrawals submitted during business hours by verified accounts. Actual processing times may vary based on volume, banking holidays, and payment provider conditions. okeslot does not guarantee specific processing timeframes and is not liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
4.5 Chargeback Policy. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or e-wallet provider without first seeking resolution through okeslot's support channels constitutes a breach of these Terms. okeslot reserves the right to suspend the account, recover the charged-back amount from future deposits, and report the incident to PAGCOR and relevant financial authorities.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. okeslot is required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). okeslot may delay, block, or report any transaction that triggers AML obligations, without liability to the account holder.
5.1 okeslot offers various promotions, bonuses, and rewards to registered players at its discretion. The specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus funds — are specified in the respective promotion terms at the time of offer and form part of these Terms by reference.
5.2 Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The calculation method for wagering requirements — including which game categories count toward completion — is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
5.3 okeslot reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if, in its reasonable determination, the bonus has been claimed in a manner inconsistent with its terms, or if patterns of play suggest bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk.
5.4 Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. okeslot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
6.1 All games on the okeslot platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanisms. Game outcomes are determined randomly and are not influenced by player identity, deposit size, or account history.
6.2 The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published in the game information panel. okeslot does not alter published RTPs except through formal provider updates, which are disclosed to players in advance.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game outcome, okeslot reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager. No claims for projected winnings on voided rounds will be entertained.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okeslot platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okeslot's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.2 okeslot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from use of or inability to use the platform, even if okeslot has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 okeslot is not liable for losses resulting from: (a) internet connectivity failures; (b) device malfunctions; (c) third-party payment provider delays or errors; (d) scheduled or emergency platform maintenance; or (e) force majeure events including natural disasters, PAGCOR-directed suspensions, or government orders.
10.1 okeslot is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. Gambling is an entertainment activity that carries inherent financial risk. Players are encouraged to set personal limits and to play only within their financial means.
10.2 okeslot provides players with the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the account settings panel: (a) deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); (b) session time limits; (c) reality check reminders; and (d) self-exclusion. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to activate self-exclusion, which prevents all access to the platform for a designated period.
10.3 okeslot complies with PAGCOR's responsible gaming directives. Players who are placed on PAGCOR's exclusion list will have their okeslot accounts suspended in accordance with regulatory requirements.

11.1 okeslot reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) regulatory requirements or PAGCOR direction; (c) suspected fraud or money laundering; (d) failure to complete KYC verification within specified timeframes; or (e) inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) months.
11.2 Upon legitimate account closure by the player (i.e., not resulting from a breach), any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. Bonus balances are not returned upon closure.
11.3 Accounts closed for breach of these Terms, including fraud, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse, will have all balances forfeited. okeslot will provide written reasons for any contested account closure upon written request.
12.1 okeslot reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or SMS notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except in cases where immediate amendment is required for regulatory compliance or security reasons.
12.2 The current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The date of the most recent update appears at the top of this document. Your continued use of the okeslot platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.1 These Terms and all matters arising out of or in connection with your use of the okeslot platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13.2 In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account decision, you should first contact okeslot's customer support team to seek resolution. okeslot will endeavor to resolve all player disputes within fourteen (14) business days of a formal complaint submission.
13.3 Disputes that cannot be resolved through okeslot's internal process may be escalated to PAGCOR under its online gaming dispute resolution mechanism. okeslot is bound by PAGCOR's determination in disputes falling within its jurisdiction.
13.4 Disputes not within PAGCOR's jurisdiction shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
